Digital Marketing Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of executing and optimizing SEO strategies alongside paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Key Responsibilities

SEO Management:

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.

  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

  • Develop content strategies that align with SEO best practices.

  • Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the development team for fixes.

Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads):

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads to maximize ROI.

  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust tactics based on analytics.

  • Track and report on key metrics, including CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and budget spend.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall brand goals and messaging.

  • Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices in digital advertising.

  • Support content creation efforts with keyword insights and audience targeting data.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on SEO and paid advertising performance for stakeholders.

  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and new opportunities.

  • Monitor competitor activities and identify gaps or opportunities in digital campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid social/search advertising.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).

  • Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • Good communication skills to coordinate with creative and content teams.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and results-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience working in the digital marketing industry or agency environment.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends and updates in SEO and paid advertising platforms.

  • Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is a plus.
