Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of executing and optimizing SEO strategies alongside paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Key Responsibilities
SEO Management:
Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Develop content strategies that align with SEO best practices.
Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the development team for fixes.
Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads):
Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust tactics based on analytics.
Track and report on key metrics, including CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and budget spend.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall brand goals and messaging.
Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices in digital advertising.
Support content creation efforts with keyword insights and audience targeting data.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on SEO and paid advertising performance for stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and new opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and identify gaps or opportunities in digital campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid social/search advertising.
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Good communication skills to coordinate with creative and content teams.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience working in the digital marketing industry or agency environment.
Knowledge of the latest trends and updates in SEO and paid advertising platforms.
Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market is a plus.
