Terms & Condition – Meta Ads

1. Scope of Service

Logo & Co provides Meta Ads management as a monthly service, including:

  • Up to 3 campaigns set up and structure
  • Ad set creation and targeting
  • Audience building (including custom and lookalike audiences)
  • Strategy and objective selection
  • Copywriting for ads
  • Optimization and monitoring
  • A/B testing where appropriate
  • Weekly performance reporting with dashboard access
  • Monthly review meetings (optional)

Logo & Co does not provide:

  • Creative production (photos, videos, graphics)
  • Landing page development or optimization
  • Customer support or lead follow-up
  • Website technical fixes
  • Guarantee of results, ROAS, leads, or sales

2. Ad Spend & Billing

  • All advertising spend is paid directly by the client through Meta’s billing system.
  • Logo & Co does not process or handle ad spend payments.
  • No minimum ad budget is required unless recommended for strategy.
  • Meta Ads billing cycles follow Meta’s platform rules.

3. Access Requirements

The client must provide Logo & Co with access to:

  • Business Manager
  • Ad Account
  • Pixel
  • Facebook/Instagram Page

All ad accounts and assets remain fully owned by the client.

4. Creative Materials

  • Clients are responsible for providing all creative assets used in ads, including photos, videos, graphics, and brand materials.
  • Logo & Co is not responsible for creating or producing ad creatives.
  • Logo & Co will provide guidance on best-performing creative formats as part of the strategy.
  • Logo & Co will aim to use existing content where possible.

5. Approval Process

  • All ads must be approved by the client before launch.
  • No ads will be published without written or digital approval.
  • Delays caused by late approvals may affect campaign performance and timelines.

6. KPIs, Goals & Guarantees

  • No performance, ROAS, sales volume, CPM, CPC, or lead quantity guarantees are provided.
  • Each campaign will include estimated KPIs or goals based on general benchmarks, but these remain estimates only.
  • Performance may vary due to platform conditions, client assets, seasonality, and external factors.

7. Reporting & Reviews

  • Weekly performance updates and reporting dashboards are provided.
  • Monthly strategic review meetings are available upon request.

Reports include:

  • Spending
  • Reach
  • Engagement
  • Conversions
  • Optimization recommendations

8. Technical Responsibilities

Logo & Co handles compliance with Meta Ads policies, campaign structure, and ad setup.

The client is responsible for:

  • Pixel installation
  • Domain verification
  • Tracking setup
  • Website or landing page performance
  • Ensuring their products/services comply with Meta policy

Logo & Co may assist or guide if issues arise, but cannot be held responsible for technical limitations on the client’s side.

9. Account Restrictions & Platform Issues

Logo & Co is not liable for:

  • Account restrictions, advertising bans, or disabled assets
  • Meta platform bugs, downtimes, or approval delays
  • Policy violations caused by the client’s business model, content, or industry

Logo & Co will support the client in resolving account-related issues but holds no responsibility for outcomes.

10. Payment & Refunds

  • All payments for Meta Ads management services are non-refundable.
  • Services are billed monthly.
  • Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.

11. Term & Termination

  • Meta Ads service operates on a monthly basis.
  • Either party may terminate the service with fifteen (15) days’ written notice.
  • Work already completed or ongoing during the notice period remains billable.

12. Ownership & Portfolio Use

  • All ads, assets, and campaigns belong to the client.
  • Logo & Co may display final approved ads and performance snapshots in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to campaign launch.
  • Working files, structures, and internal documents remain property of Logo & Co.

13. Liability & Limitations

Logo & Co is not liable for:

  • Sales performance
  • Lead quality
  • Platform restrictions
  • Technical issues outside its control
  • Client-side delays or missing information
  • Changes in Meta’s algorithms, rules, or market conditions

Under no circumstances shall Logo & Co be held responsible for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or business disruptions caused by ad performance.
