Branding Lead

About the Role

Logo&co is seeking an experienced Branding Lead to oversee creative direction, manage design execution, and lead branding initiatives across client and agency projects. This role combines hands-on design leadership with team management, client communication, and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design Management & Execution

  • Oversee and manage all graphic design projects for agency and client work

  • Develop creative concepts, themes, and brand identities aligned with client goals

  • Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency

  • Supervise social media designs, website graphics, and marketing collateral

  • Collaborate closely with the web development team on UI/UX design elements

  • Create content for one social media account

Client Onboarding & Communication

  • Lead the design component of client onboarding

  • Understand client needs, preferences, and brand identity prior to project initiation

  • Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction

  • Present design concepts and strategies for client approval

Team & Project Management

  • Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to the graphic design team

  • Assign tasks and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

  • Review and approve major design deliverables before client submission

  • Optimize design workflows and internal processes

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Ensure Logo&co’s branding and social media reflect a strong, consistent identity

  • Improve processes related to design production and client management

  • Analyze design offerings and pricing to support agency scaling

  • Stay up to date with industry trends to keep creative direction innovative

Requirements

  • Proven experience in branding, graphic design, or creative leadership

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, digital, and social design work

  • Experience managing and mentoring designers

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles

  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Agency experience

  • Knowledge of social media strategy and content creation

  • Experience scaling creative processes or teams
