Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive UGC & Influencer Partnerships Manager to fully own and manage creator collaborations across multiple client brands. This role is responsible for the complete creator lifecycle — from research and outreach to content coordination and final asset delivery. This is not a junior or assistant role; the ideal candidate can independently manage multiple brands, communicate professionally with creators, and ensure high-quality content delivery on time and on brief.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and shortlist relevant UGC creators and influencers for each client on a monthly basis.
- Handle creator outreach, negotiations, and finalize collaboration agreements.
- Brief creators with scripts, hooks, references, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate product shipments or schedule creator visits when required.
- Track timelines, filming schedules, and content deliverables.
- Collect final content, manage revisions, and deliver assets to internal teams.
- Maintain an organized creator database and report campaign progress.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in UGC or influencer marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and creators simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous agency experience.
- Knowledge of the UAE/GCC creator and influencer market.
- Arabic language skills.
