Paid Ads Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Instagram boosting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising, skilled at analyzing data, and eager to directly drive growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Execute and oversee Instagram boosting to increase reach, engagement, and visibility.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, focusing on CPC, CTR, conversions, and cost efficiency.

  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches.

  • Track and analyze performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports.

  • Collaborate with the content/creative team to align ad messaging with brand goals.

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices in paid advertising.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding, and performance optimization strategies.

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).

  • Familiarity with social media engagement strategies and audience insights.

  • Basic SEO knowledge is a plus but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and results-oriented.
