Overview:
We’re looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative to join the Logo & Co. team. This is a hunter role — you will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and booking qualified discovery calls for our founder to close.
This is not a scripted cold-call position. Our clients are business owners and decision-makers. We want someone who can have a real conversation, understand a business’s challenges, and communicate clearly why Logo & Co. is the right partner for them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients across the UAE and GCC — SMEs, startups, and growing brands
- Execute targeted outreach via Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the founder
- Follow up consistently on warm leads and inbound inquiries
- Track outreach activity and pipeline in our CRM
- Work closely with the founder to refine messaging, targeting, and scripts based on what’s working
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or outreach experience — ideally in marketing, media, or professional services
- Fluent in Arabic and English — written and spoken
- UAE-based with a strong understanding of the local business culture
- Confident communicating with founders and business owners
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Commission-motivated — you want to earn more by closing more
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling branding, marketing, or creative services
- Existing network within the UAE SME or startup ecosystem
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM/outreach platforms
Compensation:
Base salary + commission per closed deal. Structure is designed to reward performance — the more you bring in, the more you earn. Details shared during the interview process.
